  Item Description
Antibiotic Gel Use it to disinfect and even heal small wounds.
Bandages Finish an operation by applying it to the suture.
Drain

Removes fluid build-up and hemorrhaging from the area you are operating.

Forceps/Tweezers

Use it to pick up delicate membranes and extract harmful materials from a wound. You also use it to keep large wounds closed as you suture them. Always remove the materials in the opposite direction as they entered the body, and place them on the tray.

Hand

Use it for massaging the heart or applying membranes. It’s also used for performing “Healing Touch”. Before doing a heart massage, you must apply antibiotic.

Laser

Burns tumors and viruses. Too much exposure to the laser can damage an organ. If a wound opens, drain it and treat it with antibiotic.

Scalpel

Makes incisions to expose problem areas and can be used to remove tumors. Missing the incision line will cause the patient’s vitals to drop.

Scanner/Ultrasound/Magnifying Glass

It’s mostly used as an ultrasound to find concealed tumors. It also magnifies affected areas.

Stitches

Used for suturing incisions. Zig-zag without lifting the stylus over an opening to suture it.

Syringe

Fill it with the medicine vials to administer medication.

Walkthrough

Chapter 1, Scene 1:

Use the stitches to suture the wound. Be careful pulling out the pieces of glass to the opposite direction as they entered the body.

Chapter 1, Scene 2:

Use the scanner to find the tumor. Use the scalpel to expose it. Now use the drain, then the scalpel and finally the forceps to remove it.

Place the membrane on the wound with the tweezers, apply the antibiotic gel, then use the hand to massage the membrane.

Chapter 1, Scene 3:

Inject the blue medicine into the inflamed areas. Use the scanner to find the tumors. Use the scalpel to expose them. Now use the drain, then the scalpel and finally the tweezers to remove them.

Chapter 1, Scene 5:

Use the scanner to magnify the affected area. Drain the blood, then use the laser on the tumors. Repeat scanner, drain, antibiotic, scanner, etc.

Chapter 1, Scene 6: Inject the blue medicine into the inflamed areas. Use the scanner to find the tumors. Use the scalpel to expose them. Now use the drain, then the scalpel and finally the tweezers to remove them.

Chapter 1, Scene 8:

Use the antibiotic on the chest area. Use the hand on the moving pulse bar, and massage rhythmically with the pulse bar. Remove the glass pieces and treat the wounds on the outer skin.

After that, open up the chest area and treat the glass pieces and wounds. Massage the heart when it stops beating. Immediately suture the wounds when the Healing Touch is activated.

Chapter 2, Scene 1:

Use the scanner, then the tweezers, finally the scalpel and apply the antibiotic gel. Recover vital signs as needed.

Chapter 2, Scene 3:

You have to use your Healing Touch. Double touch the hand to bring up the star icon, then quickly draw a star on the screen.

Chapter 2, Scene 4:

Use scanner, syringe with brown medicine, scalpel, drain, tweezers to remove the lump. Pinch one side of the vessel, pull it towards the other end of the vessel, then suture. During the operation, several lumps will appear and you will go into Healing Touch mode. Recover the patient’s vitals to at least 80 before the lumps start appearing.

Use the syringe to inject each of the lumps and start treating the ones at the bottom first. If you use the scanner in the center of the screen, all 5 lumps will be displayed inside the magnified screen and will be easier to inject.

Chapter 2, Scene 6: Use the stitches to suture the small wounds. For the larger wounds, first drain the blood and close the wound with the forceps to suture them.

Chapter 2, Scene 9:

First suture the wounds (for the larger wounds drain the blood and close the wound with the forceps before suturing). Recover the patient’s vitals before suturing the last wound.

When the Kyriaki appears, use the scanner then the scalpel to remove it. Recover vitals before killing it with the laser. Don’t suture the wounds yet!

Find the next Kyriaki and repeat the process. When all the wounds are sutured, the boss will appear. Use scanner, scalpel and then laser to attack the boss, it will take a few attacks. Recover patient’s vitals and finally suture the wounds.

Chapter 2, Scene 11:

Use the antibiotic on the chest area. Use the hand on the moving pulse bar, and massage rhythmically with the pulse bar.

Use the scanner to magnify the area, then the drain, then use the scalpel 3 times. Use the forceps to remove the valve and place the synthetic valve. Suture the wound.

Massage the heart if it stops during the operation. Use the drain when blood starts building up.

Chapter 3, Scene 2:

Use the syringe to inject the 3 tumors with their matching color of medicine. Use the scalpel then the forceps to remove them and to place the synthetic membrane over the wound. Apply the antibiotic and massage the membrane with the hand. Before massaging the last membrane, recover patient’s vital signs.

Chapter 3, Scene 4:

Use the laser to burn all the tumors except one. Recover vital signs before burning the last tumor. When two tumors combine, drain and repeat the burn/recover vitals process.

Now use the scalpel, tweezers to remove tumor, tweezers again to place the membrane on the open wound, apply antibiotic gel on the wound and finally massage the membrane with the hand.

When two pairs of tumors appear, treat one of them as fast as you can.

Chapter 3, Scene 6:

Use the scanner to magnify the water tank. Drain the water on the right side and empty it to the left side of the tank. Leave the magnifying mode.

Use the scanner to magnify the lower portion of the screen. Remove all the chips and then de-magnify.

Now use the scanner again to magnify the upper portion of the screen. With the laser, burn the right two chips on the top row, then from the left of the bottom row burn the first, third and fourth chips.

Use the scalpel to cut the red lines and use the Healing Touch.

Chapter 3, Scene 8:

Use the ultrasound to find the area with water. Use the scalpel to cut and get the water out. Drain the area and use antibiotic gel on the wound.

When the shaking becomes really bad, stop what you’re doing and just wait.

Use the anti-inflammatory when inflammations begin. Recover vital signs at the end.

Chapter 3, Scene 10:

Use the scalpel to remove the triangle in the center. Now to work on the the upper left side, so start excising from the bottom left side of that area.

You have to get rid of the shining triangle as soon as you can. Use the Healing Touch around the middle or near the end of the operation.

Chapter 4, Scene 2:

Use the syringe to inject serum in the Triti. Use the ultrasound and scalpel if it disappears. When it dies, use the tweezers to place it on the tray. Now use the scalpel, then the drain and apply the antibiotic gel.

Chapter 4, Scene 4:

Use the syringe to inject the three tumors with their respective colors. Use the scalpel to cut and then the tweezers to remove them. Use the tweezers again to place the membrane on the wound. Apply antibiotic gel and use the hand to massage the wound. Recover vitals signs before massaging the last membrane.

Chapter 4, Scene 6:

Use the scalpel to cut the membrane. Use the laser until you’re told to stop. Apply the antibiotic gel a few times. Use the syringe to inject the medicine into the shadow. With the scalpel, cut a piece of it and remove it with the tweezers.

Chapter 4, Scene 7:

With the different pieces, you have to make the shape displayed in the upper screen.

Chapter 4, Scene 8:

Use the syringe to inject the medicine into the shadow. Use the laser to burn the tumors, then apply the antibiotic gel. When the core appears, use the laser to burn it. Once it resurfaces, use the scalpel to cut it and remove it with the tweezers.

Chapter 4, Scene 9:

With the different pieces, you have to make the shape displayed in the upper screen.

Chapter 4, Scene 10:

Use the syringe to inject medicine in the shadow. Use the laser to burn the core and all the small cores as they appear. Quickly recover vital signs, treat the tumors as usual and suture the wounds.

Chapter 5, Scene 2:

Use the syringe to inject the tumors with their matching color of medicine. Use the scalpel then the forceps to remove them and to place the synthetic membrane over the wound. Apply the antibiotic and massage the membrane with the hand. Before massaging the last membrane, recover patient’s vital signs.

Treating four people is the minimum.

Chapter 5, Scene 3:

Use the scalpel to remove the triangle in the center. Now work on the the upper left side, excise beginning on the bottom left side of that area. Leaving a triangle will cause them to multiply.

You have to get rid of the shining triangle as quickly as you can. Use the Healing Touch around the middle or near the end of the operation.

Chapter 5, Scene 4:

Use the syringe to inject the three tumors with their respective colors. Use the scalpel to cut and then the tweezers to remove them. Use the tweezers again to place the membrane on the wound. Apply antibiotic gel and use the hand to massage the wound. Recover vitals signs before massaging the last membrane.

Use Healing Touch if necessary on the last set of tumors.

Chapter 5, Scene 6:

Use the laser on the tip of the Paraskevi’s tail so it stops moving. Use the scalpel to cut it in half. You need to stop each of the different pieces from moving while recovering vital signs, suturing, cutting in half and removing the smallest piece with the tweezers.

Once all of the Paraskevi are gone from the screen, recover vital signs again and suture the wound.

Chapter 5, Scene 8:

Once the wounds are sutured, germs will come out. Use the laser to burn and kill them. Kill them fast so they don’t combine. Recover vital signs quickly.

Chapter 5, Scene 9:

Use the scalpel to cut the strings, while using the laser to burn the germs. Recover vital signs in between and keep repeating this process. It gets difficult to burn them, so concentrate on using the scalpel, recovering vitals and scalpel again.

Attack the main body with the laser, killing the germs as they appear. Use the stitches to suture the wound and then recover vital signs. When the coating is gone, use the scalpel to weaken it.

If there are too many wounds and bugs and you can’t keep up, keep using the laser and recovering vital signs. In the last stage, suture six or seven times, recover vitals and repeat. You MUST keep your Healing Touch for the end.

Chapter 6, Scene 2:

Drain and use forceps to close larger wounds, and use the stitches to suture all wounds. Recover vital signs before suturing the last wound.

Once the Kyriaki appears, use the scanner and then the scalpel to remove it. Recover vital signs and kill another with the laser. Kill both Kyriaki, recover vitals and then suture the wounds.

Two more will appear when most of the wounds are sutured. Proceed the same way: scanner first, then scalpel and laser, and lastly recover vital signs. Three more appear after that, do exactly the same. When you finally have all the wounds sutures, the boss and a small Kyriaki will appear.

First, get rid of the small one but don’t suture the wounds. Then use scanner, scalpel and laser to attack the boss. Once you have killed it suture the wounds and recover vitals.

Chapter 6, Scene 3:

After one pair of Deftera, 2 pairs will appear. Use the laser to burn large tumors. Always get rid of one set when the 2 pairs appear. Recover vital signs in between.

Chapter 6, Scene 4:

Use the scalpel to remove the triangle in the center. Now to work on the the upper left side, so start excising from the bottom left side of that area. Leaving a triangle will cause them to multiply.

You have to get rid of the shining triangle as soon as you can. Use the Healing Touch around the middle or near the end of the operation.

Chapter 6, Scene 5:

Use the syringe to inject the three tumors with their respective colors. Use the scalpel to cut and then the tweezers to remove them. Use the tweezers again to place the membrane on the wound. Apply antibiotic gel and use the hand to massage the wound. Recover vitals signs before massaging the last membrane. It’s hard to inject the last set of three, so use your Healing Touch if needed.

Chapter 6, Scene 6:

Inject the nanomachine into the shadow with the syringe. Use the laser to burn the core when it appears. Use your Healing Touch if you need to. Recover vital signs between attacks.

Chapter 6, Scene 7:

Stop the Paraskevi by using the laser to burn its tail. Then use the scalpel to cut it in half. You have to stop each of the pieces from moving while recovering the patient’s vital signs, suturing, cutting in half and using the tweezers to remove the smaller pieces.
